"ชอบความกันเองมากๆ ของพี่เบิ้ม (เจ้าของ) ใจดี และใส่ใจคนต่างถิ่นอย่างเรามาก วันที่ไปถึงเรายังไม่ได้เช่ารถ พี่ก็ออกมารับ จากทางแยกที่เราลงรถตู้ ซึ่งมันก็ไม่ไกล แต่ถ้าเปนที่อื่นๆ ก็อาจจะต้องหาทางไปเอง ที่พักสะอาด ใหม่ นอนหลับสบายมากเลย บรรยากาศดีไม่วุ่นวาย ไปน่านครั้งหน้าก็จะแวะไปพักอีก ถ้ามีไดว์เป่าผมให้จะดีมากเลยค่า (อากาศเย็นๆ ผมแห้งช้า)"

"I didn't have a great experience here but also did not have a bad experience here. My grievance is with the cost of the room. The rooms are tiny, the beds are very tiny and have rock hard mattresses and the shower is really really tiny. It definitely was absolutely not worth how much I paid for this room. What kept me from rating this hotel lower was the staff. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Everyone we interacted with was so nice. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Way better than any other continental breakfast I've ever had. If the rooms were bigger, or the price for the small room was lower, then this would have been a great experience. But everything was just so small that it was hard for me to get comfortable. I understand Asian men are smaller than American men, but even with my head touching the headboard, my feet were still hanging off of the end of the bed. The beds were just too dang small. And since the rooms are so small, that's probably all they can fit in them."

"Breakfast was okay, but a few more choices such as cereals or more fruit types would make it better. Bed comforters are not great. They either feel too hot or too cold. Probably made of polyester rather than cotton. Good walk-in showers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel! We enjoyed our stay in Nan."
