"Very polite, helpful, and welcoming staff. This is a very nice and luxurious hotel in which we very much enjoyed our stay. It looks brand new, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. As the hotel was quiet, we were upgraded to an even bigger room with a sofa and desk overlooking the river. The swimming pool area is lovely, big pool also overlooking the river, super clean pool with lots of loungers and a bar. We ended up having dinner on the top floor where there is a very nice roof terasse with plenty of space inside or outside and a great view. Dinner on the roof is a more simpler menu but very tasty nontheless. We didn't try the actual restaurant downstairs. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow."

"Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer. "

"They upgraded our room after 1st night. The deluxe room facing the city view was spacious but noisy from the traffic and mosquitoes kept us awake. Nice of them to upgrade the room facing the pool. Breakfast is ok. They can do better with a more choices. Location is within was distance to some attractions and shops. "

"Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money."

"The hotel is Splendid and truly a luxury hotel. We had in room dining twice and one dinner at the Japanese restaurant. One of four restaurants. All meals were very good as was breakfast. Many choices, high quality. The staff did the utmost for us. We deposited cash at check-in and it was returned at checkout. Location close to museums and all government buildings. Very spacious and meticulous room. Very very clean. Very very friendly staff "
