Great staff and a he beds were very comfortable

My stay at the Rosewood Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. The staff was so helpful and great but the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The pillows especially were awful and we changed them too. Still bad. Won’t stay there again because we both slept so badly.
