Featuring 2 two bed/ 2 bath units & a 3rd 1 bed/ bath unit, each equipped with fully stocked kitchens, living spaces & laundry access. Visit local attractions or relax in the backyard with a cocktail in the hammock! We are so excited to host you! Our home is perfect for families, groups, family reunions or small receptions. When renting the entire home, you and your guests will be the only ones accessing the property for complete privacy! Each of the 3 apts in this home have their own fun theme, complimentary wine and high end Anthropologie/ Crate and Barrel furniture : (1) Barbie dream loft (2 bedroom/ 1 bath unit on the 1st floor. Equipped with a king bed, queen bed, decorative fireplace, swing, huge 7’ gold mirror, gumball machine, record player, pink SMEG appliances, smart TVs in each bedroom and a cute and colorful tearoom/ sunroom all on the 1st floor) (2) Welcome to the Jungle theme (2 bedroom/ 1 bath, 1 king bed, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, queen King coil air mattress, large extendable dining table, smart TVs in each bedroom, workspace with strong wifi, fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, coffee/tea/filtered water, non toxic stainless steel and Le Creuset cookware all on the second floor) (3) Bohemian Jungle Theme ( if color isn’t your thing, this neutral cozy unit with bases of creams, beige, and black will be your oasis- 1 bed/ 1 bath, queen bed, hand carved exotic wood day bed, hand carved exotic wood bar chest, dining nook, fully equipped kitchen with gas range, non toxic stainless steel pots and pans, filtered water, coffee/tea all on the 3rd floor) The home was fully remodeled in 2023 with stylish finishes and furniture from Anthropologie, William Sonoma, Pier 1 and Crate and Barrel to really elevate the home. Thank you in advance for caring for it as your own and keeping it in mint condition for all to enjoy, as much as you will. All units have access to free wifi and digital entry so all guest can come and go as needed without hassle of keys. Fire starters for the fire pit and Nintendo Switch gaming are available upon request ; the Host will provide fire starters and Nintendo switch gaming system for an optional fee of $5/pack and $10/ day respectively (gaming system must be requested for the entire stay duration). I reserved the whole house but only used the one unit. One of my guests spotted a mouse so I went and got glue traps and electronic pest control devices from my apartment. When I woke the mouse was stuck to the trap beside the bed where I was sleeping. It was really hot that weekend and the only air conditioner was in the living room. There was no way to keep the house cool if the bedroom doors were closed or the oven was on. ##### Robin S W. Offstreet parking and driveway were adequate. Pictures a bit deceiving too many steps to access apt. 2 and 3 leading me to get hotel rooms for family memeber that could not use because of steps 5 bedrooms only other beds are pull out couch, futon or blow up mattress. Inside clean but flies and inadequate air condintioning for the units. No cleaning supplies for kitchen or bathrooms provided. Barbie living couch is broke and TVs only worked in one room on Apt 1 and 3\. Apt 2 no TVs had n no connectivity to network. Police activity all night long with sirons. Outside cobwebs, grill not clean or useable, and plants need maintained. I was not able to rate with stars cleanliness of propert would give 2 stars, Check in process 5 stars, Accurage of online listing 3 stars, Communication with property owner 3 stars, Location in neighborhood 3 stars.
