I am walking distance to a bus stop, but I haven’t personally taken the bus because I drive everywhere. \- No shoes upstairs because it is carpeted. \- No smoking of any kind is allowed \- No parties or events \- Never give the door access to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 8 guests specifically named during booking). \- No unauthorized guests stay overnight in the unit. \- Be sure all lights, fans, heaters and taps/faucets are off each time you exit the unit.
