Lovely hotel in centre of old town. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. All staff very nice and always helpful. The restaurant M.C. Grill was excellent and the staff like the food first class. If we return to Tallin we would definitely stay at this hotel.

Excellent central Tallin hotel situated in the old town. Facilities, room & décor top class. Small but nice spa/sauna/Jacuzzi area downstairs. Breakfast a bit restricted in choice and service slow but excellent quality.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel located in a quiet street but very close to the centre of the Old City of Tallinn. There is marble everywhere, and everything shines. We finally made it to Tallinn and My City Hotel after being delayed twice by the pandemic. Each time we were unable to come, we contacted the hotel and they were happy to move the reservation due to the special circumstances. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff welcoming and helpful. Great addition having free water at reception throughout the stay as well as been able to have champagne and hot options freshly cooked at breakfast. Location was perfect for exploring Tallinn. Would definitely stay here again.

I really loved this hotel. It was very nice to stay in a hotel with some character and have a different experience from staying in a "chain". Great quality furnishings and cleaned to a high standard. Nice to have coffee and teas provided (though no English Breakfast tea). The apartment was warm and comfortable. Location was very convenient to see all the sights of the old town.

Fabulous property right in the middle of the old town. Very vibrant night life in the immediate vicinity, if you're looking for a quiet night this might not be the place for you. Couldn't fault the room, fittings or cleanliness at all. Beware trying to look out of the windows if you are tall, there's a huge oak beam that you will hit your head off. Repeatedly.
