"The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also breakfast is lovely and the chef will freshly cook you something from the menu. In the dining room there is a beautiful parakeet called Misha. Overall this is a great place to stay in the centre of the beautiful old town."

It’s unbearable from wall vibrations, drunken screaming from under the windows ! Forget about quiet resting and sleeping until 3 AM at least ! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the room was wonderful. The only issue we had was with some confusion regarding booking at taxi to pick us up from the airport, but that was a minor thing (and as we ended up getting a different taxi the hotel removed this from our bill). Location wise it is very close to the Old Town, so you can walk to many of the major tourist attractions. 5 stars!"

"Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "
