Great. Upgraded my room. Loved it.

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

The hotel is a beautiful property in the most perfect part of center of Montpellier. The room was perfect. Great view. Great size. Clean and simply perfect. We dined at a the fine dining rest. One night. It was simply perfect . What is missing in this hotel is great experienced staff. We stayed for a week in this hotel. The young girl that helped us check out and one other young lady were ok. Everyone else. No comment. The bar manager was one of the worst we experienced. My husband had a special request. We waited for half an hour and we never received our drink so we just cancelled our order. The hotel reception the night before our departure told us there is problem with the electricity. Helping us to change our room but when we were telling him we don’t wanna move to a room smaller than our original one he gives you a service with no eye contact. We travel around the world and always in 5 star hotels. The staff of this hotel were from from what you expect in 5 stars and that was disappointing.

Le site est magnifique avec une superbe piscine et l’étang juste derrière. Le staff est très accueillant et accommodant. La nourriture n’est pas au niveau malheureusement, manque de qualité et de variété (en 5 jours 2x burgers et 2x moules frites). Peut être la seule possibilité pour un all-inclusive, mais prêt à payer plus pour plus de fraîcheurs, plus local quitte à avoir moins de choix mais plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre.
