"For any Elvis fan the hotel will be great. However , overall, it is a bit overrated. I think what was most disappointing were our encounters with the coffee shop staff. They seemed not to know where anything was and did not have customer service skills. The front desk staff were very friendly though. You can expect a pretty typical hotel stay and for the price it doesn’t deliver as expected."

Every one of them were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots to do and many restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. "
