We were overcharged for the type of room we got. I blame both the hotel and Expedia. We paid over 350/night for an average room with a less-than-adequate shower and unfriendly service. They claimed we got an upgrade, but we had a room that had a sleeping sofa, which we did not need, and a view of the alley. Our room was in another building beyond the main hotel and we had to go through a labyrinth to get there. Service was unreliable - trying to get enough towels was impossible. They couldn't even leave them when we were out of the room. We had one washcloth for two people. Unfortunately, it felt as if the staff looked down on us because we are not rich, but we had prebooked and prepaid months in advance, but still got the crumbs. Expedia does not seem to look after its customers and is little more than a broker, and it does not seem to matter what we paid should have given us more.

Great location, about 10 minutes walk from the DART station. We had a twin room with a view over the seafront.
No noise from passing traffic etc. beds were really comfortable and bathroom was great with a powerful shower.
Clean room; had everything we needed.
Would definitely come back.

"I booked a superior king adult only room with LAKE view we got a room that over looked a tin large roof with pipes on it if one stood on left side of large window one could see a large car park ( yes we could see our own car ) but beyond that was at least 2 brightly colourful enormous water slide ..."
