Location was brilliant for the centre of Belfast. The room was always spotless for the full 5 nights we were there.
Some negative points were: issues with door access cards and reception staff who would only reprogram cards that would not hold the programming instead of using new cards, which they did 2 days later, no problems thereafter. The soap dispenser did not work and would have been easy to spot by the maid(s). The fan in the toilet did not work for the entire stay and the toilet seat was fitted incorrectly and was far from being safe to use. The air-con also appeared to have a mind of it's own. Fortunately I did manage to get it to work in spits and spats, but it couldn't be relied on to do what the controller was telling it to do. We were in room 19 and our daughters were in room 17. Our daughters room had barely enough storage to hang a single occupants clothes which resulted in them having no option but to live out of their cases. Their room also had no TV aerial and they had to rely on random apps which required them to enter personal details to log into. They were not comfortable with doing that on someone else's network so ended up not using the TV for the full duration of our stay. They experienced the same issues with door access cards and air-con so I suspect all rooms will be the same.
The majority of the desk staff were lovely and happy to help with any queries we had.
I would only return for a one or two night stay at most, based purely for the location.
