Welly Self Serve The Highlights: The location of this rental is fantastic—just a stone’s throw from the University and right around the corner from several major bus stops, making it incredibly easy to get around. We loved just being around the corner of a street packed with great shops, restaurants, and pubs; Ryan’s Pub just down the road was a particular highlight for a fun night out. The host was very responsive initially, allowing us to check in early after a quick message. For those looking for a functional space, this is a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath setup with a full kitchen and a washer. The heating was excellent and there was plenty of hot water, which made for a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Areas for Improvement: While the place is a great "bare bones" option, there were a few drawbacks. The towels were quite worn and could stand to be replaced, and the overall cleanliness could have been a bit sharper. Most frustratingly, the Wi-Fi password provided did not work. Although the owner was helpful with the early check-in, the response regarding the internet was slow, so we ended up going without connectivity during our stay. Verdict: A solid, no-frills choice if you prioritize location and basic amenities like a kitchen and laundry, but be prepared for a very simple setup.

Clean and comfortable

Spent one night here with my partner. All I have to say is cleanliness should be an are of improvement for this place

Excellent small hotel - Very handy to city centre (behind main shopping street). Staff were excellent - shout out to Carlos for sorting us out with a quieter room as we were needing an early night before the Belfast marathon the next morning, which he organised for us. Mo on reception was also great and sorted us out with new batteries for the TV remote quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including tea& coffee. We parked in NCP Tannery Street, a few mins walk away and very secure. £8 for 24 hours. Only thing to be aware of is that it's right beside an Irish pub so it was noisy in the evening but it was quiet by midnight. Will definitely stay here again though!
