Check in was simple although the key cards did not work first time. The room was large and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided. Bathroom was spotless, we appreciated the bath as we needed a soak after a long day. We used the restaurant and food was good, reasonably priced, service was excellent, thanks Carly. The horn was quiet at night, no noise from the corridor or outside. Black out curtains really helped for a good night's sleep as did a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, particularly as we are vegan, this was accommodated with a freshly cooked breakfast. There’s even a bar with trad music just across the street as well as the fun to be had with a short walk down to Shops street and the lively nightlife. I had a few problems with the room but staff were quick to fix them. Very responsive and also courteous and warm. Tiny room of course but great shower and bath. Ideal location and very nice feel. Looked forward to using the pool but it closed to early for our family to enjoy after check-in."
