Guesthouse is a bit tired and above average service but acceptable for the price paid. Bit far to the beach and restaurants. Tranquil room linen was a bit musty .

Looking for accommodation in Ballito? Look no further this modern guest house encapsulates North Coast class at its best. The owner has done a wonderful job in designing and decorating this gorgeous property. Accommodation was emasculate and modern. All the amenities you’ll need. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. A great way to start your day in this peaceful location with breathtaking sea and valley views. The property safe, secure. Easy to find with ample off street parking. Easy access to uptown and downtown Ballito. Beaches are minutes away, and so is shopping. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

The house is pretty at first sight, but it needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. We were generously upgraded to the large Suite, but the room we were originally planned for, was so small, that we could barely open our baggage. The Suite room was big, but it was not clean at all. The shower smelled horrible. The kitchen was also not clean. In our two-day stay, the fuse for electricity and water pump went out two times. Luckily, the housekeeper came quickly and helped. The view from the house (upper level) to the sea is very pretty and also the Host was nice. But please be more accurate with the cleaning.

Fabulous stay

The apartment is modern with great finishes. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is well maintained. The view is calming and therapeutic. What more can you ask for.

Outstanding hospitality and beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at the guest house. The property is beautiful, it's spacious and has stunning views. Our room was excellent, great size, beautiful bathroom (which was probably the size of my living room back home). But what was really outstanding was the service: we arrived really early from Europe and we were offered a place to shower and could relax a bit before our room was ready. We would absolutley recommend this place and will be back when in Ballito next time
