"All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel has a certain charm and the restaurant and bar were comfortable. I did feel it was rather overpriced but presumably the proximity to the causeway and being such a busy tourist area explains why. Our bathroom totally let down the room. The washbasin was cracked, no light by the mirror and the bath was badly worn and mouldy around the edges. The bed was too small and the mattress had a spring popping out! Overall It’s a very convenient place to stay to explore the area with easy parking."

"This property was so beautiful. Well decorated, clean, near everything and the staff were excellent. They didn’t have their own parking but there was nearby parking that was easy to find and a close walk."

"The owner of the property was kind and considerate. She made sure the place was so well-stocked and made us feel so welcome it was almost more like staying over at a relative's house (one we like) than a hotel. The in-room amenities included (not an exhaustive list): table w/chairs (four), a sofa, a bathroom sized such that it wouldn't be amiss in the USA (unlike most of Europe's seemingly traditional half-sized bathrooms in which one may only relieve themselves with legs together), tea, sugar, milk (in fridge), coffee (instant or ground, via French press in room), a mini fridge, microwave, two-burner stovetop (ceramic electric) with exhaust hood overhead, tea kettle, dishware (glasses, plates, mugs, teapot), silverware, heated flooring, comfortable bedding, and (this is personally a huge plus) an extra cozy blanket. All of this and it was a fantastic price. I'd recommend this property to anyone heading out to Giant's Causeway (roughly 7min away)or Carrick-A-Rede(roughly 12min away) or anywhere up there really."

"Lovely relaxing stay. The reception staff recommended the karaoke in the Deerstalker bar on Saturday night and it was brilliant. The food in The White Pheasant restaurant is amazing."

"WE had an amazing stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was out of this world. And the view was spectacular. Really wished we had booked an extra night."
