Great place
We had a great stay at Ben's place. The place was roomy, warm and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 TVs. It's ideal for a very large family or groups. I would be happy to go back.

Ben was great to deal with, quick with communication and very obliging. The home is very reasonably priced . Quality appliances and super warm bedding which is great in Ballarats cold winters. Plenty of space and great that we as family (15) of us could all stay together especially booking last minute.
