Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day
We had amazing time
Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport
It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. We are really thankful

Great experience from arrival to departure. Staff was very kind, generous and helpful. Room was beautiful with plenty of space for myself and 2 kids. Wish we would have been able to spend more than 1 night there. Location was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if in Istanbul in the future.

This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

A special thank you to Sertac, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable.
