(253 reviews) We had a wonderful stay at the Aparthotel Oberza. The staff were really helpful ahead of and during our stay, arranging airport transfers, trips and ensuring our rooms were ready when we arrive early following a very early flight, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet overlooking the pretty courtyard, with a lovely balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was delicious and huge! With plenty of veggie options. The location is excellent within easy walk of river, castle and main square, and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets. We had a great stay and will be back. (100 reviews) Stayed for 3 nights in apartment number 2\. Communication was excellent. We arrived into Krakow early and were able to check in early. The apartment is ideally located in the city with restaurants and pubs all close by. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, all very clean, very bright with lots of natural light, it had everything required for a short stay. The apartment is very secure. It is located on the third floor of a large building, there is a lift in the lobby, however we used the stairs which were a little dark in places. There was a little bit of noise late at night from outside, however, people were only waking past and no one loitering outside so it soon passed. Overall a lovely apartment which I would definitely stay in again. (631 reviews) The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite, but to call it a five-star hotel, I think is stretching the point. It's more like 4.5 stars. It doesn't quite come off as a five-star hotel. Location was good, but several little things didn't work out for us. For example, we couldn't get into our room because the card didn't work. When they fixed that and gave us a key and a card, it still didn't work. It was little things like that that didn't live up to the hype. We had an issue with the car on arrival. The manager was very helpful and gave us a free ride back to the airport when we left.
