"I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony.
The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler).
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier.
The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly."
