Villa Elena - Four Bedroom Villa with Pool

  • Villa Elena is a detached, completely restored old Istrian house with swimming pool situated in a little village Golaš near the town of Bale.
    This stunning property is a detached old Istrian house converted into a beautiful villa, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Villa Elena can accommodate up to 10 persons and is spread over the ground, first and second floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a winery.
    On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
    The pool is equipped with sun loungers, and next to the pool there is a dining table with BBQ.
    Dogs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs per booking is allowed. Dog fee (not included in the reservation price and payable on arrival at the Villa) is 50 € per dog per stay.
    Damage deposit of 400 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the Villa upon check in.
