Whether you spend your days fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, or exploring the nearby trails, you’ll love coming home to soak in the year-round hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or cozy up by the electric fireplace. 🐻 The Cabin Black Bear Cabin offers plenty of room to relax and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include: - King-size bed in the open loft - Queen-size bed in the main-floor bedroom - Queen-size bed in the lower-level common area - Queen sleeper sofa in the lower-level walkout basement Outside, you’ll find a large deck with a gas grill and seating, additional seating below the deck, cornhole, and a fire pit down by the river—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. ♨️ Year-Round Hot Tub Our outdoor hot tub is open all year long, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak whether you’re visiting on a summer evening or after a snowy winter adventure. We provide beach towels and flip-flops for hot tub use. 🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen We want you to spend less time packing and more time enjoying your getaway! The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, seasonings, oils, and paper towels. For coffee lovers, we provide both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, along with Folgers coffee, a variety of K-Cups, cream, and sugar. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, and detergent is provided. 🛁 Linens & Essentials Provided We provide all bed linens and bath towels. Bathrooms are stocked with: - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body wash - Toilet paper There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use, and we provide one Tide Pod for each night of your stay. 🎮 Entertainment for Everyone There’s plenty to do when you’re relaxing at the cabin! We provide games for all ages, including playing cards, Giant UNO, and checkers. You’ll also find a Wii with multiple games, DVDs, and Smart TVs. We have fiber internet, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies—just remember to bring your streaming-service passwords. The cabin no longer has a wood-burning fireplace. An electric fireplace insert is available for guests to enjoy. 🌲 A True Cabin-in-the-Woods Experience Black Bear Cabin is surrounded by nature, so wildlife sightings are part of the experience! Because this is a cabin in the woods, you may also encounter insects during your stay. We provide mosquito spray for your convenience. 📍 Close to Baldwin The town of Baldwin is approximately 10 minutes away, making it easy to grab groceries, supplies, or a bite to eat. You’ll find grocery stores, Dollar General, Family Dollar, locally owned restaurants, several bars, and a couple of ice cream shops. Spend your days exploring everything the Baldwin area has to offer, then come back to your own peaceful log cabin retreat for a hot tub soak, a fire under the stars, and a relaxing night in the woods. Please note: The garage is not available for guest use, and there are two locked owner’s closets inside the home.
