We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. No events are permitted at any time. \*Please note - the property itself (farm) is open to photographers via bookings - during your stay, you may see wedding parties around the property for this purpose - they have been advised to not enter the house yard or near the dome if we have guests. \* Security cameras: there are two actively recording surveillance cameras (top right & left corners of the garage) pointing towards the gate in fenced area that records voice/videos. 7Networks also has a camera around the tower area too. \*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings\* \*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) \*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay.
