This hotel is by far the worst i have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy dirty. Brown water coming out of taps, mould in the bathrooms. The rooms are never cleaned. Insects crawling around the floors and walls. Stains on the floor and ceilings from water leaks. Blinds falling off the windows. Carpets never hoovered or cleaned. No tv, no phone, air conditioning not working. Safe not working. Windows could be fully opened very dangerous for children. Carpets in hall falling apart, rubbish not collected. Rubbish left in hallways. Lights not working in hallway, very dangerous. this hotel is absolutely dreadful. i heard from a local that this hotel is shutdown for seven months of the year and only opens up again in May. I would never go back to Bulgaria based on my experience in this hotel. The food was not good either, mould on the desert and food not cooked correctly. there is just to many bad things to say about this hotel. This hotel should be closed down until it is fully renovated. There is serious health and safety issues with this hotel. it is only a matter of time in my opinion before something seriously happens.The doors in the hallways were opening and closing with the wind blowing up the stairway. Some of the windows did not open or close properly. The list goes on. We asked them to change it, the first room didn't even have an air conditioning system. The second one was similar, but had air conditioning.
