And at last…the garage, 5 star hotel where you push your luggage 3 floors up to reception sign, no way to get to the front, no lift in a garage either, new built garage, that’s far from 5 star, then you get to tunnels and stairs with no straight lane with your heavy luggages…strange, the check-in is very long, they tell you that Expedia booking is split in two, their system interface not existent plus at check out you get a pdq terminal to pay without show you what you would pay (no invoice provided), so asked for it. "Very friendly staff, plenty of outdoor public space, delicious desserts, and a great view — especially the beautiful sunrises. A lovely atmosphere in early September. Had a great stay!"

"Clean and comfortable room, a little outdated and in need of an overhaul. Quite expensive for Hungarian prices, but would stay there again. No complaints. They also handled an infestation of moths that had arrived through what I thought was a closed window very rapidly!"
