"Very disappointed in the housekeeping numerous days of no towels and even a day they never even attempted to clean the room. The housekeeping also went to the patio to clean but left door unlocked leaving all of our stuff exposed to theft. Making it worse she never cleaned the patio leaving dirt ..."

"Upon our arrival there was no electricity. We were not shown how to use the remote for the TV as and the key for safe we had to ask for it. The prices in the rooms for chairs and coolers are posted less than the actual rental. They were nice enough to help with the rental"
