Our space has many amenities we think you’ll love, including: • Studio with a cozy Double bed • Sleeping area with a set of Bunk beds, which sleeps 2 • Outdoor pool (open in the summer) • On-site fitness centre • Close to the beach • Nearby thermal spa • Free outdoor parking • Indoor parking available Retreat to our comfy studio after a day of fishing, sailing, and swimming! This area is renowned for its dedication to pampering, relaxation, and awakening your senses. Be sure to visit the thermal spa for a truly serene experience. When you're not drifting away peacefully, visit the nearby beach or get some shopping done. There's plenty to do for everyone in this great area! Our cozy 28m2 studio has a Double sofabed. There is a separate SLEEPING AREA with 2 Bunk beds. After a day spent on the nearby beaches of Thau Lake, retreat to our space. Curl up on the couch and watch a show on television (local French programming only) or connect with friends and family back home using the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge. Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. You can rent kits containing towels and bed linens for €20/kit. Hungry? Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a mini-fridge, a ceramic hob, and a microwave. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Residence Aqualia, where our property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool and access to the fitness centre, which is available for an additional charge. We recommend bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, and there is FREE outdoor parking on-site. Please note that indoor parking is available for an additional fee, depending on availability. Upon arrival, you’ll be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a Holiday Tax. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €60/week. This residence is ideally located 150m from the centre of the city and you'll find the beach only 800m away! Enjoy everything the water has to offer with sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, diving, and more available. Go for a bike ride or a hike. If you're tired of the sun, spend some time in the casino or take the family to a movie. The options for your relaxing holiday in Balaruc les Bains are endless.
