The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

Ok hotel but a little way out of town.
No problems with this hotel, having studied maps we knew it would be a bit of a walk from the railway station but it was further than we expected, about a 25 minute walk and seems to be in an industrial area. We checked in and went straight to the restaurant before going to the room as the restaurant ...
