"This is a well located hotel in the Chiado neighborhood. Lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were outstanding in their service. This is a very quiet hotel. We will be back!"

"I had one of the recently renovated rooms. It was really nice and cozy. The front desk concierge was really nice. The guy named Murphy was really helpful and took the time to tell me about the city and good places to eat and visit. I was really pleased with the location right next to the lift and the orchestra show not far away. This was a really last minute trip for me as i booked the hotel once i landed in Portugal. I would recommend and i would stay here again based on my experience "

"Perfect location. You just can’t get a better area. Walk right out the door and everything is there. Wonderful breakfast selection and cappuccino. I loved the complimentary water and bottle of wine in my room. The staff was so excellent at the front desk. They went way above and beyond to help me. They gave my daughter this small stuffed bear and it was the nicest thing. If I go back to Lisbon I will stay there again. "
