A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions.
Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.

"Our room had dried boogers on the walls, I found 8 different areas in the room where people had wiped their boogers and hotel staff didn’t clean it up. Housekeeping didn’t remove trash from our room despite us putting it in the trash can. They gave us water on the first day, but never re-supplied ..."
