Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating with cleaning service and providing the basic amenities. The location was a 5-min walk to Ueno station and made getting around very easy. This hotel was the best out of all the hotels. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff.
