"Our stay took a turn for the worse upon discovering significant water leakage from the ceiling in our room. Despite making three calls to the reception for assistance, we received no response, which compelled us to visit the front desk in person to report the issue. Although maintenance staff addressed the problem the following day, they merely advised the room service team to use towels to dry the water, a solution that proved insufficient.
Unfortunately, we did not realize until it was too late that the water had damaged our personal belongings, resulting in the loss of my wallet, which contained irreplaceable pictures and videos (photographic evidence is available upon request).
Additionally, we faced issues with the television in our room, which was nonoperational throughout our stay, leaving us with only artistic images on the screen as a backdrop for four days. We were fortunate to have our own devices to keep us entertained.
Overall, this experience fell short of our expectations for your establishment and did not align with the standards of hospitality typically associated with the Warwick Hotel. I urge you to address these matters to help prevent future guests from encountering similar inconvenie"
