Staff is adequate but not great. Hotel is clean but needs a refresh. Great little old money walkable town with many great restaurants and bars. Incredible old hotel and many residences that are spectacular old homes. Unbelievable patisserie and unbelievable chocolatier in this town too.

The hotel I would describe as average. A little outdated and the hallway was decorated in a really dark wallpaper which made it very dark and dismal.. The room was ok and the bed comfortable. The grouting in the bathroom was a bit black and mouldy. The lighting in the room needs to be improved as it was also very dark. The receptionist explained everything and we didn't have any problems.

Hotellet ligger fint i kort afstand til hovedgaden. Vores værelse var OK, men hotellet virker meget slidt. Det har til gengæld charme og karakter. Meget serviceminded receptionist. En hyggelig by at besøge.

O hotel é bem localizado, com uma bela vista do parque. O pessoal da recepção é atento às demandas propondo soluções rápidas e eficazes. Inclusive recebi um upgrade de categoria de quarto. Alguns quartos precisam de renovação nas paredes, carpete e mobília. Eu estava acompanhado de meus filhos, e ocupamos 02 quartos diferentes. O horário do café da manhã, mesmo no fim-de-semana é um pouco restrito O buffet de café da manhã tem pouca variedade de itens, mas a equipe é amável e esforça-se para atender uma solicitação particular, no nosso caso eram ovos mexidos que não consta no buffet. O valor do café da manhã considero alto para o oferecido. No geral, nossa estadia foi agradável e tranquila. Agradeço a toda a equipe.

Je pense que l'équipe de l'hôtel est courageuse et salue les efforts pour rendre cet hôtel agréable mais je contraste mon propos en affirmant que ce n'est pas exceptionnel ou cela dépend par ce qu'on entend par là. Il n'est pas au niveau des standards. Je pense qu'il vaut davantage pour son restaurant que pour son hébergement.

Tarif excessif pour service proposé

Séjour convenable sans plus, forte odeur d'humidité et de vieux dans la chambre, oreiller a revoir trop petit. Pommeau de douche n'a aucun support pour l'accrocher,hélas cassé depuis un bon moment déjà. Manque de vérification. Jeune fille pas très accueillante a la réception,et surtout ne pas oublier de ramener la bouteille d'eau qu'on vous proposes, sinon elle vous sera facturée.

Accueil et départ peu chaleureux...piscine sale, abords non entretenus, rien à voir avec la photo. Chambre médiocre, joints de douche noircis, support de douche cassé....hôtel mal insonorisé, il faut passer devant la cuisine (d'où se dégage une odeur désagréable) pour gagner l'ascenseur...ne donne pas envie d'y manger. A ce tarif (126 sans petit déjeuner) la concurrence face au lac propose beaucoup mieux....bref, nous n'y retournerons pas.

la piscine n'est pas vraiment adaptée pour l'hiver, l'hôtel est vieillot, les chambres pas du tout insonorisées, le petit déjeuner correct mais cher (20€ par personne via le site Hotels.com). Le personnel est sympathique et le vrai plus : seul hôtel à Bagnoles-de-l'Orne qui accepte les chiens.

un séjour exceptionnel. un accueil digne d'un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est très bien situé face a une magnifique verdure et pas loin du centre ville. La piscine est a température idéale. Et sur tout le restaurant de l'hôtel "la belle époque" est succulent. Bravo au chef . De plus l'ambiance et le champagne sont parfait
