Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Very clean and modern room on a quiet, tucked away street in a great location. The staff was very friendly and cheerful and made us feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel to stay in Venice. Clean and close to any place in Venice taking waterbus or people mover. Need to improve restaurant services, waiters made too many mistakes, look everyone were on training
