Moalboal Casablanca Inn

"Cannot recommend this place enough, and far and above because of the people that work here. Jema made life so easy. Scooter rental for a start, super cheap and convenient. Awesome bikes and they let you pick the one you like and hold onto the key the whole time you're there. It's a very short, comfortable and fun little ride to all the restaurants and beach, we loved the location. Just far enough away from the action to be really nice and peaceful as well. Rooms and really clean and tidy, it's no villa but who comes to Moalboal to sit in a hotel room? The activities around Moalboal are incredible and the staff made it so easy for us. We just said what day and time we wanted to do the activities and EVERYTHING was organised for us at significantly better prices than on the internet. Even organising drivers for us was so easy. We left for Oslob at 4am and Gema was there just to make sure we got away ok. I wouldn't recommend anyone do anything different to what we did staying here. This place really lives up to the reviews. All staff were very lovely, they treated us like family. Also the building and pool are beautiful and very well maintained. If you want to have the best possible Moalboal experience stay here. 💯 💯 💯"

"The staff was great and helpful. The amenities were sufficient. The pool was clean. The breakfast was average. The restaurant for dinner is good. Like the parrots being raised there. Walking distance to most attractions and activities. Overall, a great stay. But the private car transport from the Mactan airport which was booked through the resort was terrible. The driver arrived 1 hour and 10 min after I got out of the airport exit with an on-time flight arrival. The worst thing was not only that the driver was not there with a sign with my name waiting for me at the exit on my arrival, but that there was not even a message to me saying that he would be late. I was left dangling at the airport exit at a loss and high anxiety and high heat with no message, pondering should I wait or is the driver coming, etc. Finally, after waiting 25 minutes at the airport exit, the driver called (WhatsApp) that he would take another 15 min to arrive at the airport. But, in fact, it took him another 40 minutes to arrive, making the totally wait 1 hour and 10 min in the Cebu high heat as I was already out of the air-conditioning space. The taxi booking charged 4000 peso for terrible service. My return-to-airport private car service was only 2300 peso booked through a dive shop with on-time pickup at the resort."

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional.
