"It was a good hotel for the price and a short walk from the train station. We had to single beds and they were clean and comfortable. We tried to check in early and when they didn't have rooms clean yet, they were kind enough to store our suitcases so we could go explore. My only complaint was breakfast, which is additional cost. It was 37 euros (roughly $43 USD) and it was no more than a sparse continental breakfast bar (cold meats and cheese slices, yogurt and toppings, various breads, and some fruit). We would have gotten breakfast somewhere else had we known that's all that would be offered. You live, you learn :) "
"My two teenage boys and I had a lovely time at this beautiful place. Our hosts were so friendly and really went the extra mile to make us feel at home and show us around. The village was stunning and fabulously quiet - we saw hummingbird moths, birds of prey and murmurations of starlings. As a base from which to explore Berlin some days and be able to return to rural tranquillity in the evenings, it was great, with good public transport links. I particularly loved just sitting outside to have my morning cup of coffee and drink in the surroundings."
