  • We offer this charming 42 m² apartment with swimming pool for rent in Baden, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a lovely garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

    The accommodation comprises
    - 40 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
    - Bathroom with shower
    - Separate WC

    Outside :
    - A shared fenced swimming pool (unheated), open from April to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
    - A garden to enjoy the sunny days.

    The apartment is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

    Transport :
    If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

    For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
    - Nearest train station: Vannes, 15 km away (approx. 20 min. by car)

Kergonano "super logement dans un très jolie cadre, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, très bien situés nous avons pu visite le golf du morbihan, faire escale sur l'ile aux moines, visité le château de suscinio... Le logement etait propre, confort, dans un environement calme, le lit etait douillai, la cuisine fonctionnel. Et alors cette grande piscine, super pour les enfants, et les grands aussi :)"

Ne pas se fier aux photos piscine avec parasols et transats, il n'y en a pas (piscine non chauffée oui, mais aucun aménagement autour !). Pas plus que les photos avec table et chaises dans le parc; là aussi il n'y a rien. Ces photos semblent correspondre à ce que c'était lorsque le bâtiment était sous la gestion de Odalys, ce qui n'est plus le cas. Impossible de profiter de l'espace ""jardin"" comme indiqué dans l'annonce, pas entretenu (herbes hautes). Aucune info sur l'emplacement de la boite à clé; arrivée sur place je contacte CocoonR qui m'indique que cette dernière se trouve au fond du local poubelle ! Obligée de déplacer les gros containers ! Lamentable ! Le problème fut l'hôte (Agence CocoonR). Soit disant joignable H24. Il n'en est rien. Aux abonnés absents ! Obligé de contacter l'assistance AirBNB. Tous les logements de ce bâtiment ne sont pas gérés par cette agence ..."
