Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. "Top notch boutique-quaint hotel, 15 minutes from Caracalla spa. and 15 mins to Old Town. Breakfast was so classy with made to order eggs. Quiet to sleep and room had lovely appointments. VALUE ! Would HIGHLY recommend. The window shade are electric that darken the room for restful sleep"
