"The bed was fairly comfortable, but the overall condition of the room was a bit worn and could use some love. The toilet was a very small, low to the ground model, which is difficult for those of us with long legs/bad knees. The bathtub was showing it's age with chips and outdated surround, but the water pressure was ok in the shower. The water was scalding hot (be careful) and the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a truck being parked in the room. Our screen door didn't close...

"Nice property. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Pool was clean. Rooms were well used and dated but it did not affect our stay. We had a great stay. Recommended for short stays. This was our last stay driving around the Cabot Trail. "

"Excellent staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms. The second more expensive room was very nice with a fireplace. The only problem is that the fireplace is tricky to turn on. And, even though this is a large room with 2 queen beds the bathroom is very small with very little counter space. A bigger issue for me is that the building I am staying in that has the larger room has no elevator. I am 75 years old with bad knees so slugging heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs was not possible. The...
