Also habe ich mit den Enkeln Kartoffeln ausgemacht und es gab Kartoffelauflauf. In einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreicht man den Dümmer. Einen Tag habe eine Fahrradtour um den Dümmer gemacht. Der Hof liegt fast einsam abseits der Straße inmitten von einem kleinen Eichenwald. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In der Umgebung (<10km) gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Versorgung mit dem Lebensnotwendigen. Selbst gebackenes glutenfreies Brot (und noch vieles mehr) kann über den Hofladen der Vermieterin bezogen werden. Für ein Wochenende waren wir zu viert im historischen Bauernhaus im Artland. Von der entspannten Übergabe, über den Einkauf im Bioladen, dem Bad in der Hase und der auf unseren Wunsch etwas späteren Abreise hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus. Die Ausstattung hat uns ermöglicht nach Herzenslust zu kochen, der geräumige Bücherschrank ermöglichte interessante Lektüre. Insgesamt gibt es sehr viel Platz im und um das Haus herum. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für ein Ferienhaus wünscht - sogar eine Waschmaschine und eine Tischtennisplatte stehen zur Nutzung bereit. Die Betten sind bei Ankunft bezogen, Handtücher liegen bereit und in der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte und Gewürze vorhanden (keine Microwelle). Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Wer einen Rückzugsort von der Welt sucht und sich durch die Alleinlage des Hofes nicht abschrecken lässt, wird sich auf Frau Brunswinkels Hof sehr wohl fühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind ein Ausflug nach Quakenbrück, das Freilichtmuseum in Cloppenburg und die bodenständige regionale Küche auf einem der vielen Landgasthöfe der Umgebung. ##### Thomas R. Ruhige Umgebung und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich Wir waren übers Wochenende mit 2 weiteren Pärchen im Haus. Es gibt alles was man braucht und es war total ordentlich und sauber. Riesiges modernes Badezimmer. In der Küche war auch alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Leider gibt es kein Gefrierfach (oder wir haben es nicht entdeckt ;-)) war aber auch nicht dramatisch. Dazu hat natürlich auch das herrliche Wetter beigetragen. Die beiden Gärten laden dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Und die beiden Kälber grüßen über den Zaun. Einfach toll sind die lichtdurchfluteten Räume durch die hohen Fenster und die doppelflügeligen Türen. Im Haus ist so weitläufig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hatte. Genügend Tische für korrigierende Lehrer, Spiele und zum Essen. Zur Freizeitgestaltung können wir den Fahrradverleih (holt und bringt die Räder) empfehlen, dass einzige Tandem wurde munter durchgetauscht. Und das Bogenschießen war auch gut. ##### Eva-Lotte Q.
