This 2-bedroom apartment in Hüddingen accommodates 5 people and is perfect for families with children. It comes with a private terrace to relax with a barbecue.

Surrounded by ponies, chickens and cows this farmhouse is a must experience. You can try cycling and hiking in the area. Kellerwald-Edersee National Park (2 km) is a must visit for nature lovers and Kellerwaldsteig path can be explored on foot. Bad Wildungen (10km), timber frame town Fritzlar (20km), Edersee water park, wildlife park summer toboggan run (20km), Korbach (40km), Marburg (50km), Kassel (60km) are worth a visit. Golf course is at 12 km and horse riding at 4 km. Restaurants, supermarket, and town center lie 6 km away.

Tuvimos un gran tiempo en este apartamento, La terraza privada fue un éxito para nuestras noches de barbacoa, Me encantó estar rodeado de naturaleza, esos ponis y gallinas hicieron que pareciera una verdadera experiencia de granja, La ubicación también es increíble, a solo un corto trayecto en coche del Parque Nacional Kellerwald-Edersee, Pasamos nuestros días caminando y explorando, y luego regresamos para relajarnos en la cómoda sala de estar, Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, y el anfitrión fue muy amable, Honestamente, volvería a quedarme en un instante, Solo un aviso, el WiFi a veces fallaba un poco, pero no fue un inconveniente

War mit meinen beiden Hunden da und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Umgebung, sehr schön um zu wandern bzw spazieren zu gehen.

Zum Abschied flossen Tränen, unsere Enkelkinder haben jeden Augenblick des Aufenthalt sehr genossen gerade der intensive Umgang mit Tieren war für die beiden ein schönes Erlebnis. Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft sehr bequeme Betten. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Familien Urlaub

Für Familien mit kleinen Kinden und bis ca. 12 Jahre ein sehr schöner Bauernhof. Es gab viel zu entdecken für die Kinder. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und erlaubt eigentlich alles z.B: Pony reiten, Hasen kuschel ... . Es gibt ein Lagerfeuerplatz den man benutzen darf und das Holz bekommt man sogar gestellt! In eigentlich allen Aspekten war der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend. Einen Nachteil gibt es aktuell noch: Das WLAN ist sehr schwach meiner Schätzung nach 6000kbit/s. Doch das macht ja nichts man ist schließlich im URLAUB :). Es wird aktuell an der Hauptstraße Glasfaser verlegt somit sollte das 2020 erledigt sein. Für alle die das als Problem sehen. Von dem Ausbau hört man nichts.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Unser Sohn 9 dürfte täglich beim Eierstempeln helfen. Die Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus beginnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Hof zum Spielen für Kinder

Der Hof bietet viel Freiheit für die Kinder. Man darf jederzeit zu den Ponys, kann die Hasen streicheln und durch die Randlage ist kein Verkehr. Die Kinder können sich also auf dem gesamten Areal frei bewegen und spielen. Das war toll. Allerdings fand ich die Auststattung nur Zweckmäßig. Wünschenswert wäre zum Beispiel: Nachtischlampen, Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer, Wasserkocher etc. Bei Backofe und Herd waren die Beschriftungen der Regler nicht mehr lesbar. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand die Ferienwohnung deutlich ansprechender und gemütlicher gestalten. Dennoch das wesentlich war vorhanden und die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Der Ferienbauernhof liegt in Hüddingen, einem kleinen Dorf mit ca. 70 Einwohnern ...

Der Ferienbauernhof liegt in Hüddingen, einem kleinen Dorf mit ca. 70 Einwohnern. Dementsprechend ist es dort sehr ruhig. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) liegen einige Kilometer entfernt. Schon beim Ankommen waren wir vom Bauernhof begeistert die Außenbereiche rund um die Ferienwohnungen sind liebevoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder gibt es diverse Spielmöglichkeiten (Sandkastenbereich, große Schaukeln, Fußballtor, Roller, Dreirad...). Direkt nebem dem Gelände befindet sich außerdem noch ein Spielplatz. Darüber hinaus haben die Kinder wann immer sie möchten die Möglichkeit, sich mit den Tieren zu beschäftigen. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs waren dies 1 größeres Pony, mehrere Mini-Ponys, 2 Hasen, einige Katzen, Hühner, 2 Schweine. Das größere Pony darf - wann immer man möchte und wenn man es schafft, ihm das Zaumzeug anzulegen - aus dem Stall geholt und geritten werden. Wenn man sich nicht so gut auskennt, hilft der Bauer hierbei gerne. Unsere Kinder sind täglich geritten. Darüber hinaus sind sie den ganzen Tag auf dem Gelände herumgetobt. Da es mehrere Ferienwohnungen gibt, haben sich schnell Kontakte zu anderen Kindern ergeben. Zwischen den Ferienwohnungen und dem Ponystall liegt lediglich eine Mini-Straße, auf welcher täglich nur etwa 2x ein Traktor fuhr, so dass wir die Kinder auch alleine draußen spielen lassen konnten. Der Bauer tauchte immer mal wieder auf und bezog die Kinder mit ein bei Hasen füttern, Hühner füttern (und ausgerissene Hühner einfangen), Eier stempeln, Holz herbeischaffen für ein Lagerfeuer, Stall ausmisten... Unsere Kinder waren begeistert! Der Bauer war wirklich total nett und auch sehr engagiert, wenn irgendwelche Probleme auftauchten. In unserer Ferienwohnung (Nr. 3) haben wir uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt, jedoch muss man sagen, dass sie eher einfach ausgestattet ist. Manches hat uns dort gefehlt (Wasserkocher, Leselampen, Regale). Alles in allem haben wir auf dem Ferienbauernhof aber einen Familien-Traumurlaub verbracht - an dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Bauern!! Zum Edersee selbst fährt man nochmal etwa 20km. Dort gibt es außerdem noch einige nette Ausflugsziele (Tierpark, Kletterpark, Wasserspielplatz...).
