This cozy apartment with 52 square meters near the lake on Lake Tegernsee is suitable for 3 people. It is equipped with 1 bedroom with double bed and sleeping niches (90x200cm). Electric windows with outer rolleros are available in the bedroom. The living room has a cozy dining area for entertaining game evenings and a fireplace for romantic hours. The couch is extendable for a cozy television evening and also offers another place to sleep The spacious balcony (morning and afternoon sun) can be accessed by the living room and hallway. From the fully equipped kitchen you can get to the marble bath with floor heating. A free parking space is available in front of the house. The large garden with a lawn, as well as the cozy barbecue area invite you to linger and relax. Your dog is also welcome. By accessing the steeper input stairs within the apartment, it is for walking disabled PE
