Très bon accueil. Hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût tout en préservant le charme du temps royal. Seule la salle de bain mériterait d'un peu plus de modernité. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Es war perfekt. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Haben alles getan das man sich wohl fühlt! Frühstück war spitze. Ich empfehle das hotel wärmstens, tolles ruhiges Zimmer mit weitem Blick. Ländliche Idylle. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Weiter so!

ein liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit großem, parkähnlichen Garten. Verkehrsgünstig und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon war gemütlich und sehr sauber.

This hotel was very nice for the price. Nicely located near the Lake Promenade. We walked to nearby towns Gmund and Rottach-Egern. Close to restaurants and an Edeka. Nice big balcony - the other side had probably a view of the mountains. Near bus station - connection to trains, boat trip. No lake view and traffic on the main street on our side. Quiet with windows closed at night. All in all our 5 day stay was relaxing and hiking possibilities were super. Staff is very friendly. Possibility to eat at their restaurant-with set menu choices. Very good the night we ate there but we preferred going out. Bad Wiessee is very beautiful and the weather is often sunny because of „Föhn“ which is a warm wind that comes over the mountains from Italy. For the right price we would certainly stay here again but would prefer a hotel with a lake view.

Altehrwürdigen Hotel. War nur eine Nacht dort, würde aber jederzeit wieder kommen - auch für länger! Betten waren sehr gut, Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bad war klein und schlecht belüftet, aber das ist der alten Bauweise geschuldet und daher mit vernünftigen Mitteln nicht veränderbar. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch!

Schönes Hotel mit Charme

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Ein großer Balkon am Zimmer mit zwei Liegen, ein sehr gemütliches Bett und ein super Service haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr schön gemacht.

Der See ruft

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den See und dessen Umfeld zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat alles was für eine idealen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünschen offen, inkl Balkon. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Gern wieder.

Nice location, in the Southern Bavaria, this hotel is family owned and it is a typical german country side hotel. Very clean however the bathrooms may need some renovations sooner rather than later. The personnel is very friendly and food is very good.

Sehr gut gepflegtes, älteres Hotel

Älteres Hotel, wohl schon mehrfach renoviert. Offensichtlich bevorzugtes Ziel von Senioren-Busausfahrten, vornehmend ältere Klientel. Sauber, ordentlich, nicht besonders aktuelle Ausstattung. Sehr zuvorkommende Chefin, große Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Ich war auf einer Radreise nur eine Nacht hier. Wenn´s Bad Wiessee sein muss, dann gerne wieder hier!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE IN BAVARIA

We booked this hotel for a couple of night stay near Tegernsee in the mountains for €122 per night plus local taxes. On the first night, there was a problem with the toilet flush making noises continuously. We had the hotel "manager" coming up to our room 3 times until past midnight to try and fix this. When he could not fix it, he offered for us to move temporarily to another much worse room (smaller, no balcony, smaller bathroom with no bathtub, half as many windows) and suggested we leave our stuff in the first room and just come back the next day once they had the problem fixed. We accepted, but did not leave our stuff in the first room. The next day, we were told in the morning by the manager that they were fixing the problem. In the afternoon when we were leaving our room for a few hours, we were again told bz the manager that our old room should be ready by the time we get back. We came back later that night and were informed that they had "accidentally" given the room away. We were quite surprised by this. The next morning, we tried speaking to the manager and his tone and mannerism was distinctly different than before. It seemed quite obvious that giving our room away had been no accident. There was no apology, and we were offered absolutely nothing as compensation. Even insulted us by offering stupid hotel soaps for our troubles. I won't describe the entire exchange, but it resulted in us leaving that hotel very upset, stressed, and feeling disrespected. :-(

Etwas älteres Hotel am Tegernseer

Das Hotel liegt in der nähe des Sees in sehr grüner Umgebung, allerdings an der Hauptstraße. Die Zimmer sind tw. etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Zielgruppe dürften eher Senioren sein, was die Einrichtung anbelangt. Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück super, aber man bekommt einen Platz zugewiesen.
