Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Aufteilung, Balkon mir Blick auf die Elbe. Der rechte lattenrost vom Bett aus liegend ist wahrscheinlich nicht mehr der originale. Jetzt etwas schmaler. Der rutscht dann vom betrachten runter. Wir haben ein Tuch in der Mitte dazwischen geklemmt. Ein Stück Holz würde das wieder richten. Und das Türschloss an der Eingangstor müsste erneuert oderausgebaut und gefettet werden. Lässt sich sehr schwer mit dem Schlüssel bewegen. Irgendwann könnte der Schlüssel abbrechen. Sonst alles super!!!

Vor dem check in bekamen wir eine Nachricht mit der Bitte, am Anreisetag telefonisch die ungefähre Ankunftszeit zu nennen und uns dann vor Ort nochmals telefonisch zu melden um die Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen Das klappte alles reibungslos Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl, die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls komplett, alles da was man so braucht , Herd, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, Bus und Fähre in unmittelbarer Nähe, durch die Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar. Toskanatherme und historischer Personenaufzug fußläufig zu erreichen. Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf die Elbe

Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Schlüssels hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt: hübsche Küchenecke mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Heißwasserbereiter - allerdings ohne Spülmaschine. Diese braucht man aber auch nicht mit zwei Personen. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Das beste ist aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Elbe. Das Balkonfoto der Anzeige ist jedoch noch üppiger mit Pflanzen ausgestattet ... Nicht wundern: Man kommt erst auf einen Hof mit DHL-Fahrzeugen - diese sind aber Elektro-betrieben, somit morgens beim Einsatz leise. Den Zugverkehr auf der anderen Elbe-Seite hört man kaum, da das schlafzimmer auf der Elbe-abgewandten Seite liegt. Von der Deko her könnten die Zimmer etwas behaglicher eingerichtet sein. Was praktisch ist: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt oberhalb vom Fähr-Anleger Postelwitz, wenn man mal die ca. 12 Min. nicht zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Bad Schandau laufen möchte. - Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die elektronischen Geräte waren in einem super Zustand. Es gibt sogar einen Backofen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Fähre ist gleich um die Ecke und zum Zentrum kann man laufen. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub am Elbufer

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war bis auf den Teppichboden sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage hat es ermöglicht , das Zentrum zz Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben schöne Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren unternommen, die Festung Königsstein hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir haben uns in Bad Schandau sehr wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijke vakantie

Het vakantiehuis was heerlijk en mooi gelegen aan de Elbe. Het was er rustig en toch op loopafstand van bad Schandau. Met de gastekaart heb je gratis OV, dus de auto kan in de garage blijven.

Tolle Lage, mit Balkon Blick direkt an der Elbe. Fußweg an der Elbe bis zum Zentrum ca. 1000 m In der Wohnung alles wie beschrieben. Buchung sehr einfach und Kontakt prompt und freundlich. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eventuell ein Backofen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Elberadweg! Es fehlt nichts, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub bräuchte. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Das Beste was einem passieren kann ❗️

Das Navi führte uns in ein Industriegebiet. Wir dachten erst, wir wären auf einen Buchungsbetrug hereingefallen. Als uns Roy, der Hausmeister oder Besitzer, überaus freundlich, die Wohnung präsentierte, waren wir von den Socken! Blitz sauber, sehr geräumig und mit allem Komfort. Der Balkon ist das Beste. Ganz nah an der Elbe und direkt am Elberadweg. Wir haben schon viele FW erlebt, diese gehört zu den Allerbesten ❗️ Sabine Althoff & Frank Lehmann Hamm
