The house has a large garden with shady old trees and parking space. Other public parking spaces directly at the house. The apartments can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, each has a kitchen, living room with flat screen TV (43 "), music system with radio / CD USB and Bluetooth, dining area, combined living room and bedroom. 2 bedrooms (apartment 2). In the entrance area is a nice common room in conservatory atmosphere for use. Wi-Fi is included. You can put your wheels in the house. You live ideally to the starting points for hikes in the Schrammsteingebiet and large winter mountain. The apartments are very easy to reach by car, train, bus and bike. The small marina Postelwitz is only a few meters away. A bicycle rental is also available only about 200m away. The ferry station of the Elbe ferry to nativity scenes and Bad Schandau is within walking distance in 5-10 min. easily accessible. The actual center of Bad Schandau can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by car (about 2 km) There you will find u. a. the Toskana Therme, shops, post office, bank as well as cafes and restaurants. Your advantages with us in Postelwitz: You live in cozy, newly furnished apartments with plenty of sunshine (day) light which are equipped with great comfort and love. A parking space on the property is one of them. You can park your bikes in the house, e-bikes can be loaded. For other things you do not want to put in the apartment we also have options. The large garden with mature trees can be used for sunbathing or for socializing. A barbecue end will round off the offer in the future. In our Romanesque winter garden you can spend pleasant hours even in bad weather. The house is ideally located as a base for walks in the wild-romantic rock festival or bike rides on the Elbe. Der Ausblick ist schön, direkt auf die Elbe...nur der Straßenlärm war nicht so toll....die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße die durch Bad Schandau führt. Wer es gewohnt ist, hat damit aber sicher keine Probleme. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sauber und gemütlich...für eine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Nur das eine oder andere Duschtuch/ Handtuch hätte es schön sein können....da man dort keine Waschmaschine hat. Die tschechische Schweiz ist daher schnell erreichbar ebenso wie das Zentrum von Bad Schandau. Die beiden Schlafräume sollten noch durch eine Tür getrennt und mit Verdunkelungsrollos versehen werden. Wäschereck bzw. Wäschespinne im sehr gepflegten Garten haben wir vermisst. Ansonsten der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Region ##### Gerd K. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist gut und schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Anbau abstellen. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bad Schandau kommt man auch ohne Auto. In der Küche fehlen Dinge wie Schüsseln, tiefe Teller, Sägemesser und Auflaufform. WLan stabil. Von der Wohnung hoch nach Ostrau ist es nicht weit. Der Strassenlärm hält sich in Grenzen. Kissen riesig. Die könnten praktischer sein. Insgesamt ok, wir sind erholt. ##### Tobias B. Wohnung war sauber und Übergabe lief reibungslos. Einziger Punkt war, dass die zweite Schlafgelegenheit nicht vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt ist, da dort eine Tür fehlt. ##### Steffen H. Auch sonst gab es bezüglich der Ferienwohnung nichts zu beanstanden. Der Vermieter, Herr Ottinger, hat uns persönlich empfangen und einen kurzen Überblick zu den örtlichen Gegebenheiten gegeben. Leider waren/sind - im Winter - viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten geschlossen; das fanden wir sehr schade. ##### Andrea A.
