One bedroom with direct access to the bathroom, all rooms with satellite TV, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet. A private wellness oasis with jacuzzi (whirlpool) and sauna, and Hifi + SatTV. Spacious living and kitchen area with fireplace & two additional sleeping options (sofa bed), dishwasher, microwave, oven, terrace, additional toilet in the entrance area, WiFi. Snow-sure altitude at 1600m above sea level. Restaurants within walking distance, safe quiet location. The panoramic terrace invites you to dream and relax. Bathrobes available, bath towels and bed linen for a fee. The chalet is sufficient for 8 people. Ideal starting point for skiing in winter and for hiking in summer. The hut is self-catering. Shopping in Bad St. Leonhard present. Our chalet was newly built and has been available since December 2012. The Klippitztörl is just under an hour's drive from Graz or Klagenfurt (southern motorway, exit Bad St. Leonhard, from there 12 km up the mountain). This winter, the Klippitztörl is also in full trend away from the slopes: Recognizing the sense of nature, experiencing the magic of a winter landscape, switching off from everyday stress, these are the positive companions of sporting training.- Snowshoeing. - Three routes were signposted on the Klippitztörl. Experience winter: torchlight hike, winder hiking 'Hütten Gaudi', skiing, snowboarding. There are 6 ski lifts, 13 runs, floodlit skiing. You can also take a break from the slopes at any time in a rustic hut. In summer ma has the opportunity to play tennis, horse riding, quad biking, archery. A climbing park can be reached on foot from the hut. The nearest shop is St. Leonhard, the next largest city is Wolfsberg. Klagenfurt, Graz are about 70 km away. In summer Klippitztörl offers the Family Alpine Summer (July / August) for the whole family. This is free of charge for our guests. The program includes a ride on the Klippitz-Express, pony riding, fishing, mixing and tasting butter, archery and much more ..... Das Chalet ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Parkplätze vor der Tür sind sehr eng bemessen - max. 2 Autos (bis max. SUV - nicht größer, und dies ist auch sehr eng). Es ist alles vor Ort was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser, um nicht täglich abspülen zu müssen, Geschirrspüler, Töpfe/Pfannen, ein Grill, etc.) - man muss wirklich nur noch Essen und Getränke mitbringen. Vermisst haben wir lediglich einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse - wenn der noch da gewesen wäre, dann hätte man tagsüber auch gemütlich auf der Terrasse essen können. Alles in allem können wir das Chalet und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch gerne dort wieder Übernachten. ##### Beate E. Die Hütte ist super schön, man hat seinen eigenen Bereich in den oberen Etagen und kann aber die Tage und Abende super gemeinsam im unteren Wohnbereich oder auf der Terrasse genießen!! Die Ausstattung ist einfach super!! Egal ob Küche (Sodastram, Geschirrspüler, Pfannen, Tupperdosen, Geschirr usw.), Bad (Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, Seife usw.) oder Wohnzimmer (Spiele, Decken, Polster, Hocker usw.) alle Zimmer sind absolut top ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet! Direkt am hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus gibt es kindgerechte, schöne Wanderwege. Die Höhe des Hauses bedeutet aber auch einen Temperaturunterschied von einigen Graden, so dass das Wetter im Tal in diesem Sommer deutlich angenehmer war, als auf 1600m Höhe. Fährt man ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es glasklare Seen und Sonne! Das Haus und die Betreuung war wirklich hervorragend! ##### Kristina K. We had a few problems finding the chalet initially and the dirt track up to it takes a bit of getting used to on motorbikes, but once we found it, it was perfect. Very clean and well equipped, the only thing it would benefit from would be fans in the top two bedrooms as it was really hot at night. Karin the host is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I asked her if she could source us a cake for our friends 60th Birthday and she delivered it to us the evening before despite living an hour away, together with candles and a bouquet of flowers. She is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in this chalet, there are lovely walks all around, a choice of supermarkets in the local town and lovely areas to visit round and about. ##### Jacqueline J. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jens G. 4 Aug 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhaft schönes Haus in bester Lage Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4E + 2K) und 2 Hunden 1 Woche zu Gast im Klippitzhimmel. Ein wunderbares Haus in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit bester Ausstattung und wunderschöner Umgebung. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden und funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Sauberkeit war top und auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, da man ins Dorf runterfahren muss. Im Sommer lädt die Umgebung zum Wandern ein, Tagesausflüge nach Wolfsberg oder zum Wörthersee (Pyramidenkogel) sind empfehlenswert. Das Haus lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet.Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön und die Umgebung kann man ganz individuell erkunden ( Fahrrad, Motorrad oder zu Fuß ). Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen , uns super erholt und können dieses sehr schöne Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Van alle luxe gemakken voorzien Wij waren er 1 week met de motor. Fantastisch uitzicht, ruimte genoeg. De toegangsweg en parkeerplaats is voor motoren niet echt geschikt maar de woning maakt alles goed. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Rauter empfangen, die uns das liebevoll eingerichtete und grosszügige Haus und die nähere Umgebung geduldig erklärt hat. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Skipiste ist 5-10 min Fussweg entfernt; ein Skiurlaub ohne mit dem Auto zum Lift fahren zu müssen, was für eine Entspannung! Die Koordinaten des Hauses sind 46.9440 N , 14.7038 E , allerdings hat mein Auto-Navi (MB) diese nicht einer Strasse zuordnen können. Mit einem OSM-basierten Navi (z.B. Locus Map für Android) findet man das Haus und alle Wanderwege bestens. Bezüglich Skigebiet: Die Pisten sind abwechlungsreich, gut gepflegt und die Lifte modern. Die Pisten sind normalerweise schön leer. Als das Wetter sehr gut war, kamen viele Tagesgäste aus Graz. Es waren auch auffallend viele ungarische Skifahrer auf den Pisten. Trotzdem ist das alles noch überschaubar, verglichen mit anderen Skigebieten zur Faschingszeit (= Superhochsaison). Die Skischule war allerdings nur auf kleine Kinder eingerichtet (unter 10 Jahren). Es gab keine Kurse für fortgeschrittene Jugendliche (es gab überhaupt keine Jugendliche in den Skikursen) und das Rahmenprogramm war sehr babyhaft. ##### Dr. Stefan P. Sehr schöner Wellnessraum, leider aber zu kalt zum Relaxen. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche und gemütliche Zimmer und Betten. 10min zur Piste. Sehr nette Hüttenbetreuer. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft warmherzig empfangen und fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl im Klippitzhimmel. Die Hütte ist sehr gemütlich und technisch top eingerichtet so dass man nach einem langen Skitag auch in großer Gruppe (wir waren zu acht angereist) schnelle Erholung findet. Die Sauna und der Jacuzzi sorgen für Entspannung und wer gerne Fernseh schaut oder Musik hört, wird in jedem Zimmer einen Flachbild TV finden. Die Lage der Hütte ist ideal, man kann in nur 5 Gehminuten Skiausrüstung ausleihen und von dort aus auf die Piste abfahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent 26 May 2013 #### Tolles Chalet, Toller Ausblick, Super Urlaub Lieber Klippitzhimmel, Liebe Leser.... wir hatten ein wunder schönen Urlaub im Klippitzhimmel. die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr Komfortabel und wunder schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begeehrt... ob es die Fernseher sind in jedem Zimmer oder die Küchenausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts! Wenn tolles Wetter ist kann man viele Sachen unternehmen aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibts es möglichkeiten wie auch ein Wellnesstag im Wellnessbereich der Hütte. Der Ausblick von dem wunderschönen Balkon lädt ein für ein paar schönen Stunden. Wir werden diese Hütte auf jedenfall wieder buchen und freuen uns jetzt schon wieder drauf. Auch nochmal ein großes Lob für die Sauberkeit. Es war alles picobello. Die Buchung der Hütte war sehr einfach.Die Vemeter waren jederzeit für Fragen telefonisch zu erreichen. Was soll ich schreiben ... ... einfach alles war PERFEKT Man vergisst total die Zeit und das ist Erholung pur. Das Haus, die Einrichtung, die Aussicht, der Wellnessbereich, die Betreuung vor Ort war einach spitze. Auf die Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein, einfach herrlich. Abends gemütlich vor den Kamin, wunderbar Wir würden jederzeit wieder den Klippitzhimmel buchen. Ich kann und werde dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen, ob er will oder nicht.
