The detached cottage has been completely renovated.

The house is located in a dead end in Bad Sachsa but is still close to the center - restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.

The approx 100sqm large house offers enough space for 6 persons. On 2 floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday.

On the ground floor is the large living and dining room with direct access to the 25sqm terrace / balcony. Flat TV, stereo with CD, USB and DVD player can just as little as missing WLAN.

The spacious kitchen with:

- 30L freezer
- Dishwasher
- oven
- Washing machine

and a breakfast area make self-catering easy.

Downstairs you will find also a guest toilet.

The upper floor houses the 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with large real glass shower.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with large double beds and large closets, the third Schlafzmmer has 2 single beds a small wardrobe and a balcony.

All bedrooms can be darkened completely.

The approx 700sqm large fenced garden that completes the picture.

We hebben 3 weken dit huis geboekt in de zomervakantie. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Het huis is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.Een mooie ruime koelkast, een grote tv, goedwerkende wifi en goede bedden. Ook de locatie vonden we erg prettig. We konden lopend naar diverse supermarkten en winkels. In het dorp zijn diverse speeltuinen voor kinderen. Ook ligt Bad Sachsa erg centraal en was het dus ideaal voor diverse uitstapjes. We komen er graag nog eens terug!

Großes Haus in ruhiger Sackgasse

Wir haben uns in der einen Woche in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass es alles schön weihnachtlich dekoriert war. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für alles

Harz & Hund(e)

Wir, drei Erwachsene + zwei mittelgroße Hunde hatten uns für knapp zwei Wochen einquartiert. Im Haus viel Platz, sehr gute Ausstattung, harmonische Einrichtung im Landhausstil, herrliche Terrasse, eingezäunte Hundewiese, allerdings in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einer kläffenden „Fußhupe“, die unsere beiden Krawallnudeln (1,5-jährige Tierschutz-Schwestern) ziemlich gestresst hat - ließ sich aber durch persönliche Zeitabsprachen mit dem Nachbarn brauchbar regeln. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Gassirunden vor Ort und Wanderungen / Ausflüge in der Umgebung; Brocken in einer Stunde erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, nicht zuletzt, weil auch der direkte Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr angenehm und unkompliziert war.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort

Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus einen Familienurlaub über die Feiertage verbracht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die gute Ausstattung und dass das ganze Haus weihnachtlich geschmückt war.
