The Gablerhof is located just outside Bad Reichenhall in the sunny area of Nonn. Close by, yet far away in the countryside, with its own swimming lake. Our spacious, exclusive apartments feature light-filled, open living spaces and large panoramic windows, offering an unparalleled view of the Predigtstuhl. Sustainability—and environmental issues in general—are very important to us. A large rooftop solar array provides electricity, and our wood-chip heating system, fuelled by wood from our own forest, provides heat. The open-concept living area extends onto a sunny, covered south-facing balcony, which is comfortably furnished with lounge furniture and offers an unparalleled view of the Gablerweiher and the Predigtstuhl. A modern built-in kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc., as well as a large bathroom and a separate toilet, ensure a pleasant stay. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and large flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms provide additional comfort. Modern and cosy in warm wood tones—you’ll love the work of our local carpenter. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are each a 30-minute drive away. Several bike trails run right past the house, catering to both athletic mountain bikers and those looking for a leisurely ride through the valley.
