Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und umfasst viele persönliche Details. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon in die Ammergauer Alpen. Die Lage ist ziemlich vorteilhaft, da der Hausberg, das Hörnle, und verschiedene Schluchten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Zudem ist Bad Kohlgrub ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Umland, wie die Zugspitze oder viele andere attraktive Ziele.
