A wonderful, modern apartment with lots of room, beautiful view on the mountains, excellent and friendly communication before and during the stay, many hiking opportunities nearby. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Wohnung war perfekt, allerdings unter dem Dach und sehr warm. Im Ort war alles vorhanden, was man braucht - keine Probleme. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub - Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war gleich null - alles läuft über email und web. Hatte ich in dieser Form bisher noch nicht.

Perfekt!
Super Wohnung, alles sauber. Großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Durch ein großes Dachfenster im Wohnzimmer kann man sehr schön die Sterne beobachten. Kommunikation/Schlüsselübergabe liefen einwandfrei, alle sind sehr nett. Bad Kohlgrub ist ein ruhiger, idyllischer Ort, der sehr Zentral liegt. Es lohnt sich auch der Besuch des Hausberges. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker fußläufig zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub. Dieser begann bereits zuvor mit einer netten e-mail der Vermieterin mit einer guten Beschreibung des Check-in. Der Check-in vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen und Bitten an unsere Betreuerin wenden. Sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Für uns lag die Ferienwohnung sehr günstig um in allen Richtungen Ausflüge zu unternehmen und die Landschaften und Orte zu erkunden. Aber auch in und um Bad Kohlgrub kann man wundervoll wandern und auf der Guggenberg Alm lecker Essen.

Schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung, neu renoviert. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn es für den Balkon einen Sonnenschutz geben würde.

Noch ein bisschen Sommer
Der Kontakt zu Frau Wolf per e-Mail war freundlich, der Empfang von Frau Kotzmann als Ansprechperson im Haus war sehr angenehm und nett. Wir hatten das Gefühl, Frau Kotzmann jederzeit ansprechen zu können. Sie bot uns auch eine gute Möglichkeit an unsere Fahrräder abzustellen. Das Haus ist ein normales Wohnhaus, in dem es 2 Ferienwohnungen gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett absolut komfortabel, das Sofa für zwei Personen bequem. Wir haben das schöne Wetter genutzt und konnten auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Die Küche ist gut und funktional eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr hochwertig und wie die ganze Wohnung noch neu. Das W-lan ist eher schwach, so dass Netflix auch viele Pausen machte. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist optimal, da sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Ortkern, als auch die Wanderwege fußläufig zu erreichen sind!

Schöne Wohnung für zwei ideal gelegen
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit liebevollen Details. Großer Balkon mit viel Sonne und herrlichem Blick aufs Hörnle. Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Drei Minuten zu Fuß durch den Kurpark ins Zentrum und zur Ladesäule fürs E-Auto. Alles am Ort, was der Urlauber braucht. Alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne Wanderungen in der direkten Umgebung möglich und super Ausgangspunkt Zu den Königsschlössern, Zugspitze, etc. Entweder mit dem Auto oder dem ÖPNV. Der Kontakt zu Frau Wolf war hervorragend. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war bestens organisiert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in super Lage
Wir waren zum Wandern in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Unterkunft liegt super mit einigen Wandermöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein-/ Auschecken hat problemlos geklappt und wir wurden während des Aufenthalts super durch die Nachbarin betreut. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
