From a very friendly welcome to a wonderful house our expectations were more than met ! Bad Harzburg is in a perfect location to visit the Harz and all of its many attractions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Die Wohnung war in einem hervorragendem Zustand, reichhaltig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der empfang und kontakt war sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar eine nette Kleinigkeit um uns willkommen zu heißen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Wenn ich mal wieder in den harz fahre, werde ich gerne wiederkommen.

Eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby dort und mussten dank der babygerechten Ausstattung nur sehr wenig mitbringen. Die Lage ist optimal für Tagesausflüge in der Umgebung und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Wir haben zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderbaren FeWo verbracht. Es fehlte uns (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) an nichts. Die FeWo ist top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Von Küchenutensilien über Badartikel bis hin zu Brettspielen ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben uns dank der herzlichen Art von Frau Koch schon bei der Ankunft willkommen gefühlt! Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, dass es an nichts fehlt. So konnten wir den Alltag entspannt hinter uns lassen. Auch die Lage ist bestens und zu Fuß alles erreichbar.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere kleine Enkelin hatte eine Menge Spielsachen zu entdecken. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, selbst für unsere Kleinkinder gab es im Garten einen Trettrecker. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut eine Wanderung starten oder in die City schlendern.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten bisher selten so ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar Spielzeug, Malsachen waren da. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Dies ist wirklich eine Unterkunft der Extraklasse - das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. sehr schön möbliert, zwei sehr große Doppelbetten und die Ausstattung ist "vollständig". Vollständig heißt, dass es an nichts fehlt - von den Handtüchern und Badezusätzen über die Kaffeefilter und Spielesammlung bis hin zu den Fliegengittern an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Dazu eine überaus charmante und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin :) - so macht Urlaub Spaß !!

Alles vom Feinsten!

Unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Feriendomizil haben wir sehr genossen und es wird auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei Kochs in Bad Harzburg gewesen sein. Wir haben neben einer sehr freundlichen und liebenswerten Vermieterin eine Ferienwohnung angetroffen, die bestens ausgestattet war, zentral lag, über einen großen Garten verfügte und viele Verwöhnmomente für uns bereit hielt.
